Endless Waltz Part Three: Return to Forever

Heero asked Quatre to bring Wing Zero to him because it is faster for him to get on it right away. After Heero got onto his Gundam, he encountered Wufei. At this time, Wufei was beginning to have doubt toward the true meaning of justice. He felt that it didn't make sense in that he was still fighting and involved in a war while everything was at peace (when there's peace, there're no need for warrriors nor wars and Wufei was getting very confused about the very purpose of his involvement).

After having fought a indecisive but intense battle with Heero. Heero asked Wufei, "Are you sure you still want to fight?" When Wufei did not reply, Heero remarked, "Do you still want to fight? Do you still want us to be the tragic warriors that we are? Do you still want us to go against each other and turn everything upside down?" Heero then said, "How many more people do I still have to kill before I can finally stop?" Then, Heero shut off his engine and replied, "I don't know anymore...You tell me, Wufei." And with those words, Heero fell back into Earth into the ocean with his gundam, leaving behind him, a very shocked Wufei.

Meanwhile, Marimeia turned the military base into an underground command center. Zechs and Noin were battling the enemies (250 Mobile Suits) on ground and they were losing. Fortunately, Duo, Quatre and Trowa arrived in time. Each of the gundam made its own appearance in a dramatic way.

Despite the fact that having the gundams around made the battle more to their advantage, it was not long before all five of them ran out of ammunitions, but thankfully, Heero arrived in the nick of time, using his laser beam gun and attack the underground command center. Dekim Barton, however, threatened Heero saying that he had Relena with him as hostage but Heero made no move to surrender or stop his shooting. Relena didn't say nor do anything either, because she believed in and trusted Heero. And under the assault of Heero's gundam, the underground command base was finaly destroyed. And it was at this time that Lady Une rushed out and tried to protect both Relena and Marimeia.

At the end, Marimeia lost because Heero destroyed her fortress, in which she has thought to be impossible. At this crucial moment, Lady Une came to protect Mariemaia and Relena, saying that even though Terize's child is wrong, people should still forgive her mistake. She also pointed out that it is the old man who was with Marimeia that was the one who really wanted to control the Earth and the colonies. The old man Lady Une was mentioning about had been shot by someone else. Before he got shot, the old man tried to shoot Relena, but Marimeia protected her and got injured in the process. After Marimeia was injured, Heero came in and said to her: I can makes you feel confortable (He PRETENDED to kill her). But the gun was already out of bullets (Heero knew that also). He then said "I don't have to kill anybody anymore" (At this point, he was thinking of the girl who was killed because he had messed up one of his mission- see OVA 1). After saying these words, Heero fainted and Relena ran to him and holding him tightly and lovingly in her arms and said, "It's all right, all over, Heero....."

At the very end, Duo destroyed Trowa's, Quatre's, and his own Gundam after he said, "It's really over." Duo ended up working somewhere fixing (or picking) at some things and Hirde ran to him and hugged him, in which he smiled in return. Trowa went back to Cathrine who is looking at him lovingly because he was alive. Quatre went to the space cleaning the wreckage (??), staying with his men and his followers. Wufei went back to China and also destroyed his Gundam. His last words to Nataku was, "You can rest now, Nataku." Then Sally showed up and asked, "Do you want to work with me??" in which he agreed to.

Relena was giving a lecture on the stage while, Heero was on the second floor watching Relena for a very long period . His Gundam was destroyed as a result of using too much energy on destroying the fortress.

Endless Waltz Part Two: Operation Meteor

Duo recognized Trowa as the pilot of the new MS raining heavy gunfire on him. Meanwhile, Wufei attacked Heero with his Nataku Gundam, claiming that he had always wanted to fight with Heero.

Quatre and the Maganacs made haste to retrieve the Gundams. Nevertheless, the normal course would take them 5 days to reach the resource satellite. By then everything would be too late. Quatre calculated an alternate course to intercept the satellite via a shortcut. It would save them 80 hours. The catch was that they had only 5 seconds to reach the satellite. As the shuttle's acceleration and deceleration process would use up the fuel, Quatre planned to propel the satellite towards Earth by detonating its built-in fusion reactor, while making use of the gravity of Venus as a booster for the shuttle's return trip.

The Maganacs volunteered for the mission, declaring their willingness to die for Quatre, but he refused, stating that nothing was more important than life.

Quatre remembered his conversation with Professor H about the self-destruct device on Gundam Sandrock right before the start of Operation Meteor. The Professor informed him that the device was meant as a reminder of the amount of resolve required of those who were strong. He told Quatre to fight according to his own will and use the self-destruct button only when he deemed it necessary.

Wufei attacked Heero relentlessly, questioning the justice in his actions. Heero answered by telling Wufei to press the self-destruct button on his Gundam. Unable to withstand the fiery assault of the Nataku Gundam, the hatch of Heero's MS exploded. Heero stood at the hatch, repeating his demand that Wufei press his self-destruct button.

Duo's MS was knocked down by Trowa's Serpent. As Trowa took aim and fired missiles at him, Duo believed that he was going to die.

Right before the start of Operation Meteor, Duo had attempted to destroy his Gundam rather than allow it to become a weapon of mass destruction. However, the explosives he planted on his Gundam were sabotaged by Professor G who told him to steal Deathscythe and go to Earth without executing Operation Meteor. After the Professor's departure, Duo remarked to himself that being Death was far more appealing than becoming a hero of mass murder.

Trowa remembered his past as a nameless mercenary raised on the battlefield. Working as a technician in a secret base at L3, he met a man named Trowa Barton, the chosen pilot of Gundam Heavy Arms. While he was working on the Gundam, he overheard an argument between Doktor S and Trowa Barton. Instead of executing the original plan of Operation Meteor that would destroy the lives of 2.5 billion people, Doktor S had limited their target to OZ. As Trowa Barton was about to report the matter to his father Dekim Barton, Doktor S' assistant shot him. The sound of a falling work tool revealed the nameless boy's presence, but Doktor S stopped the assistant from killing him. The boy calmly proposed that he would assume Trowa Barton's identity and take over the mission.

The missiles fired by Trowa's MS deliberately missed Duo and tore a hole in the wall. The explosion temporarily distracted Wufei, and Heero used the opportunity to escape. When Duo opened his eyes, Trowa was nowhere to be found.

Tracking down the vanguard of the invasion forces, Sally and Noin realized that it was a bait to lure them away from the enemy's main forces.

At the Preventers' headquarters, Lady Une remarked that the common people still did not realize the threat posed by Mariemaia even though it would take less than 5 minutes for the political takeover to complete, as Earth had no means to defend against the invasion.

Just as Quatre and the Maganacs were about to rendezvous with the resource satellite, Mariemaia's forces, under Dekim Barton's command, were preparing for their descent to Earth on MO-III.

On colony L3-X18999, Mariemaia brought Relena with her on a helicopter. Their destination was the space port. Duo and Heero watched their departure from the rooftop of a building. Duo remarked that they seemed in quite a hurry. Heero replied that they were evacuating. He vowed to stop Dekim Barton from executing the original Operation Meteor.

After some death-defying maneuvers, Quatre succeeded in landing on the satellite.

On MO-III, the invasion forces were starting to descent on Earth when Zechs arrived on Tallgeese III. With the landing gear attached, the MS transportation vessels were easy prey. Zechs demanded Dekim's surrender, but the old man threatened to carry out the original Operation Meteor and drop the X18999 colony on Earth. Faced with the threat, Zechs could only watch as the invasion forces entered the atmosphere one after the other.

As Wufei escorted Mariemaia's shuttle towards Earth in his Nataku Gundam, the girl revealed the reasons for capturing Relena. She intended to make use of Relena's influence as former Queen of the World and her reputation as Deputy Foreign Minister among the colonies to facilitate the political transfer.

Quatre detonated the fusion reactor on the resource satellite and it sped towards Earth.

Heero and Duo fought their way towards the Colony's control center. Trowa had already begun his work on releasing the locked controls that would cause the colony to lose its balance and fall on Earth. The original plan of Operation Meteor was to drop a colony on Earth and use the Gundams for military takeover in the ensuing chaos.

Under the concerted efforts of the three pilots, they succeeded in releasing the controls, returning the colony to its normal operation mode. Duo contacted Noin and Sally, who in turn notified Zechs. However, it was already too late to stop the invasion. As Zechs destroyed MO-III with Tallgeese's Mega Cannon, Dekim had already left on a shuttle.

Back on X18999, Mariemaia's forces had surrounded the control room. Duo told the others of Quatre's mail informing them that the satellite carrying their Gundams would reach Earth within 24 hours. Heero asked Duo to send a message to Quatre, telling him to deliver Wing Zero to a rendezvous point in space. He then asked Duo to hit him. Duo smashed his fist in Heero's face, but Heero countered with a body blow that knocked him out. He handed Duo to Trowa, then lie on the floor face down, feigning unconsciousness. While the soldiers who burst in turned their attention to Trowa's explanation of how he subdued the attackers, Heero used the opportunity to escape.

On a snowy night, Mariemaia's forces took over the Presidential Residence of the Earth Sphere. As Quatre sent Wing Zero to the rendezvous point, Heero seized a shuttle at the hangar. Duo was locked in a prison cell, while Zechs and Wufei had landed on Earth and Lady Une prepared for action. As Mariemaia and Relena made their appearances in front of the Presidential Residence, Heero sped towards his Gundam.

Endless Walt Part One: Silent Orbit.

The Christmas Eve of AC195 marked the end of the war between Earth and the Colonies, ushering in a new era of peace with the birth of the Earth Sphere United Nation. By AC196, the weapons used during the war had been abolished in the Earth Sphere. Nevertheless, as long as the human race exists, war and strife will never disappear completely...

Sally Po, now working for the Earth Sphere's peacekeeping forces known as the Preventers, discovered traces of Neo Titanium in space debris during her investigation. The costly alloy, developed by OZ scientists to counter the Gundams, was only used in the construction of space Mobile Suits.

Meanwhile, Duo Maxwell and Quatre Raberba Winner were making preparations to launch their Gundams into the sun inside a depleted resource satellite ready for disposal. They felt that the Gundams were no longer needed in a peaceful world and would bring grave danger if fallen into the wrong hands. Both Heero Yuy and Trowa Barton had sent their Gundams to Quatre to dispose of as he saw fit, but Chang Wufei refused to do so.

On the resource satellite MO-II, the last battlefield of the Eve War, a party was held to commemorate the end of the war. As the President of the Earth Sphere United Nation made a speech on the meaning of their hard-won peace, Lucrezia Noin and Lady Une, both working for the Preventers, looked on.

Noin contacted Sally, who told Noin of her discovery. A new type of Mobile Suits, which Sally referred to as the Thirteenth Constellation [1], was being secretly constructed.

Deputy Foreign Minister Relena Darlian was paying a visit to the X18999 colony of L3. The local representatives claimed that it was the colony's wish to have a strong leader like her. Relena expressed disappointment that the representatives only seemed interested in the good of their own colony. She suddenly felt dizzy and before losing consciousness, she noticed the smiling faces of the representatives. Her tea had been drugged. A group of soldiers soon burst in to take her into custody.

In a darkened room, an old man and a young girl watched the President's speech with a an ominous smile.

On an L3 colony, a circus was showing a lively performance, but the audience was surprisingly small. When a group of men tried to attack Trowa Barton outside the circus tent, he discovered that these men were sent by Barton Consortium. He remembered his days spent in a secret base where he helped in the construction of Gundam Heavyarms as a technician. The real Trowa Barton, the chosen Gundam pilot whose identity he assumed, showed him a picture of his niece, Mariemaia. The man claimed that his niece would be the ruler of Earth once Operation Meteor was completed.

Heero was checking for information on Mariemaia Barton at his computer when Duo appeared. As Heero prepared to leave for the L3 colony, he informed Duo that Relena had been abducted. Duo joked that Heero was infatuated with her.

Dekim Barton, head of the Barton Consortium, made a speech before Mariemaia's army. During the speech, he named Trowa a traitor who had infiltrated them. Trowa avoided Dekim's gunfire, jumped high into the air and landed before the old man. Before he could aim his gun at Dekim, Wufei stood between him and his target, and pointed his sword at him.

Noin and Sally made their way towards the L3 colony. Sally remarked that either an independence declaration or a war declaration would be aired in a few hours, and that Relena had been abducted.

Relena woke up in a luxuriously furnished room with a young girl. The girl, Mariemaia, calmly informed Relena that she was the one who ordered Relena's capture. She claimed to be the daughter of Treize Khushrenada, and made it clear that she intended to follow in her father's footsteps.

Heero and Duo were trying to reach the L3 colony as well. Heero dreamt of his encounter with a little girl and her dog after he finished planting explosives in a Federation base. The mission was part of his training in preparation for Operation Meteor. The girl asked if he was lost, and he replied that he had been lost all his life. The girl gave him a flower to cheer him up before she left. He waited until it was night when he detonated the explosives. The base and the Mobile Suits inside were destroyed. However, one of the MS collapsed towards the residential area outside the base, causing a chain explosion. Heero watched helplessly as the place where the little girl lived was reduced to rubbles. Heero wondered throughout the ruins of the are where [2], he came across the remains of the girl's dog.

Learning of Heero's reaction to the incident, Dekim Barton, the man behind Operation Meteor, ordered that Heero be trained out of his human feelings. Doctor J argued with Dekim without success, and reluctantly followed his order.

Duo woke Heero and informed him that Mariemaia was on TV. As the girl declared war on the Earth Sphere United Nation, the President phoned Lady Une, making accusations before hanging up. As Lady Une considered her options, a man appeared in her office. It was Zechs Merquise, a.k.a. Milliardo Peacecraft, presumed dead in the Eve War.

Noin and Sally detected a shuttle preparing to enter the defense line of the L3 colony. She warned the shuttle of the danger and was surprised to find Duo and Heero on it. Duo planned to cut straight through the defense line. The two Preventers decided to give them a hand in getting inside the colony.

Quatre blamed himself for sending the Gundams into the sun. He and the Maganacs raced against time to retrieve the Gundams.Heero and Duo crash landed and captured two Mobile Suits. They intended to destroy as many MS as possible, then get inside the colony and act as they see fit.

As Duo proceeded towards the inner part of the colony, a new type of MS attacked him. From the pilot's fighting style, Duo figured out that his attacker was Trowa. Meanwhile, Heero was confronted by Wufei in his Nataku Gundam

Gundam Wing Story.

It's the year AC (After Colony) 195. Over the past century, humanity has established a number of space colonies, giant wheel-shaped constructs that are home to millions of people. These colonies are grouped in clusters at the five Lagrange points, areas of relative stability in Earth orbit.

Heero Yuy

For decades, while the Earth's surface was wracked by war and civil strife, the peace and quiet of the space colonies presented an attractive alternative for war-weary settlers. When the terrestrial wars ended, a new world government was established, a "United Earth Sphere Alliance" committed to bringing about peace through force of arms. In the name of peace and justice, the Alliance seized control of the colonies.

To lobby the Earth's nations for autonomy, the space colonists chose a man named Heero Yuy as their representative. The charismatic Yuy united the colonies, and his message of demilitarization and non-violence was well-received by the people of Earth. But when Yuy was assassinated in the year AC 175, the colonists' hopes were crushed and the colonies thrown into turmoil.

Tyranny of the Alliance

Under the pretext of restoring order to the colonies, the Alliance staged a second military intervention, using humanoid fighting machines called mobile suits to crush all opposition. The colonies were placed under martial law, and all communication and cooperation between colonies was prohibited. Even terrestrial nations sympathetic to Heero Yuy's philosophies, like Europe's pacifist Sanc Kingdom, were crushed by the Alliance's overwhelming force.

Behind the scenes, the Alliance is being manipulated by the Romefeller Foundation, the powerful industrial combine that develops and manufactures its mobile suits. The Alliance's elite mobile suit corps, the "Specials," is trained and staffed by the Romefeller Foundation. In fact, the Specials are nothing but a front for OZ, a Romefeller subsidiary which has been recast as a secret society. Answerable only to the Romefeller Foundation, OZ has infiltrated the highest levels of the Alliance military.

Operation Meteor

After two decades of oppression, a network of rebels based in the space colonies decides to strike back at OZ and its puppet Alliance. Resistance groups at each of the five colony clusters work independently on their part of Operation Meteor, each retaining the services of one of the scientists who helped create the first mobile suits. Using the super-strong armor material Gundanium, the scientists construct advanced mobile suits called "Gundams," entrust them to five highly-trained, resourceful young pilots, and dispatch them to Earth to wage guerilla war against the Alliance.

Of the five Gundam pilots, the L5 colony cluster's Chang Wufei, L4's Quatre Raberba Winner, L3's Trowa Barton and L2's Duo Maxwell reach Earth without incident. But L1's Gundam pilot, a grim youth codenamed Heero Yuy after the martyred colonial leader, is intercepted by Specials ace pilot Zechs Merquise and forced to temporarily ditch his Gundam at sea. Staggering ashore, Heero encounters Relena Darlian, daughter of the Alliance's foreign minister. Heero promises to kill her to conceal his identity, but it soon becomes clear he can't bring himself to carry out the threat.

Operation Daybreak

Terrified of the unstoppable Gundams, the Alliance generals send Relena's father to open negotations with the space colonies. Specials leader Treize Khushrenada is determined to thwart these peace overtures, and dispatches his trusted aide Lady Une to sabotage the diplomatic mission. Relena's father is assassinated by Lady Une and, with his dying breath, reveals Relena's true identity - she is Relena Peacecraft, princess of the Sanc Kingdom that was crushed by the Alliance thirteen years ago. What she doesn't yet know is that her long-lost brother Milliardo is in fact Specials ace Zechs Merquise.

The Alliance generals meet and decide to make peace with the colonies. When the Gundam pilots attack the meeting, cunning Treize evacuates the peace-minded generals in an OZ shuttle, making them irresistible targets. With the Alliance's leaders slain, OZ discards the "Specials" moniker and seizes power under its own name, launching Operation Daybreak to wipe out all resistance from the Alliance's terrestrial forces. The coup serves a more private purpose for Zechs, the erstwhile Milliardo Peacecraft, as he avenges his father's death by slaying the Alliance general who conquered the Sanc Kingdom.

Self-Destruction

With Earth under its complete control, OZ readies for the conquest of the space colonies. For this purpose the Romefeller Foundation has developed unmanned, computer-controlled mobile suits called "mobile dolls," faster and more lethal than any human pilot. Ordered to prevent these new weapons from being sent into space, the Gundam pilots find they've been lured into a trap when Lady Une orders them to surrender or witness the destruction of defenseless space colonies. Breaking off a duel with Zechs, Heero defiantly self-destructs his Gundam and buys enough time for Treize to overrule Lady Une's unsportsmanlike plan. The mobile dolls are delivered on schedule, as Trowa carries Heero's battered body to safety.

Compelled by honor, Zechs rebuilds Heero's ruined Gundam, then tracks down the wandering Gundam pilot and challenges him to a rematch at a remote Antarctic base. Zechs' activities do not escape the attention of the Romefeller Foundation, which dispatches a small army to the Antarctic to eliminate the rogue ace. Holding off the Foundation's hit squad, Zechs allows Heero and Trowa to escape.

The Space Colonies

The five Gundam pilots hijack shuttles and launch into space to defend their home colonies. But OZ uses its dreaded mobile dolls against the Alliance occupation forces, rather than the colonies themselves. After twenty years of the Alliance's tyranny, the colonies are easily persuaded to welcome OZ as a liberator. Submitting to OZ's benevolent guidance, the colonies begin arming themselves - thus funneling more money into the Romefeller Foundation's coffers - and brand the Gundam pilots who fought on the their behalf as troublemakers and subversives.

Manifesting an unexpected split personality, Lady Une becomes OZ's saintly emissary to the colonies. In her more familiar persona, she orders the capture of the five scientists who created the Gundams, and has them brought to OZ's lunar base to develop new mobile suits under her supervision. Infiltrating OZ's ranks, Trowa is teamed up with the captured Heero; the pair are put to work as test pilots to gather data on the new mobile suits.

In their first combat foray, Heero and Trowa intercept Zechs Merquise as he launches into Earth orbit. Claiming to be an ambassador from the non-existent Sanc Kingdom, Zechs has come to make a goodwill tour of the space colonies and urge them to reject OZ's militarism. While he begins his diplomatic tour, Duo and Wufei also attempt to attack OZ's lunar base and are captured in turn. All this is according to the plan of the five scientists, who have gathered all but one of their Gundam pilots while secretly using OZ's resources to rebuild Duo's and Wufei's ravaged Gundams. But one Gundam pilot remains unaccounted for...

The Gundam Called Zero

Quatre has returned to his family's factory asteroid. Here, he sees his pacifist father's civilian employees pledge their allegiance to OZ, killing father Winner in the process. Temporarily unhinged by this traumatic experience, Quatre digs up the blueprints of the ancestor of all the Gundams - the never-completed, hideously destructive Wing Gundam Zero - and begins a one-man war against OZ. But the Wing Gundam Zero's brainwave control system turns out to have mind-warping side-effects. Sliding into madness under the "Zero System"'s influence, Quatre extrapolates his father's pacifism into a mandate to punish the colonies for subscribing to OZ's militarism.

Lady Une dispatches Heero and Trowa to stop Quatre's rampage. In the course of the battle, Trowa sacrifices himself to save Heero; Quatre is shocked back into sanity, and returns with Heero to OZ's lunar base. But while they were away, the political situation has taken a turn for the bizarre.

Operation Nova

To protest the Romefeller Foundation's plans - in particular, its increasing use of mobile dolls, which he considers dishonorable - Treize resigns his position as OZ's leader. OZ promptly splits into two factions, one loyal to the Foundation and another following Treize. The Romefeller faction takes over OZ's lunar base. Lady Une is shot, but not before saving Duo, Wufei and the five scientists from termination at the Romefeller faction's hands. Heero and Quatre, finding themselves caught in the middle of OZ's civil war, abandon the madness-inducing Wing Gundam Zero and flee to Earth.

In order to eliminate the Treize faction, the Romefeller Foundation launches Operation Nova, a massive invasion of Earth using new mobile dolls based on the work of the five scientists. Zechs attempts to intercept the Foundation's forces, but he is just one man against legions.

Rise and Fall of the Sanc Kingdom

On Earth, Heero and Quatre find their way to the Sanc Kingdom, resurrected under the leadership of Relena Peacecraft and dedicated to the principle of total pacifism. Accepting Relena's invitation, they soon find themselves busy fending off the Romefeller Foundation's incursions. They must also contend with the devious and conflict-loving Dorothy Catalonia, an "exchange student" from the Romefeller Foundation. Ostensibly there to study Relena's pacifist philosophies, Dorothy is actually the eyes and ears of her grandfather Duke Dermail, leader of the Romefeller Foundation.

The Foundation concludes Operation Nova with a massive assault on Treize's headquarters in Luxembourg. Heero arrives at Luxembourg just as Treize's forces collapse, and the former OZ leader gives him a dubious gift - the mysterious Gundam Epyon, equipped with its own Zero System. Meanwhile, in space, the Romefeller faction attempts to lure Zechs to his death by using the Wing Gundam Zero as bait. The trap fails, instead giving the rebel ace a sorely-needed hardware upgrade.

Relena, Queen of the World

With the Treize faction defeated, the Romefeller Foundation turns its attention to the pacifistic Sanc Kingdom. Heero, Quatre and the other defenders fight fiercely, but Relena surrenders rather than see her kingdom turned to rubble. Heero, driven to a berserker frenzy by the Gundam Epyon's Zero System, fights on until Zechs arrives from space, too late to save his family's kingdom from a second conquest. Zechs and Heero duel each other until they collapse, trade Gundams, then gather their Zero System-addled wits and fight their way to freedom.

Now a captive of the Romefeller Foundation, Relena receives a surprising offer from Duke Dermail. To legitimize its conquest, the Foundation plans to declare the establishment of the "World Nation," and Queen Relena Peacecraft would make an excellent figurehead. Relena accepts, and then readies her address to the Romefeller Foundation's members. Amazingly, her appeal to the assembled executives - that, with total power now in their hands, they can afford to be magnanimous and strive for peace, justice and enlightened coexistence between Earth and the space colonies - is enthusiastically accepted. The Romefeller Foundation's members pledge to reject Dermail's empire-building and become good guys.

The Artemis Revolution

Just as the Romefeller Foundation dedicates itself to peace and justice, a new faction enters the fray. Masterminded by the wizened, enigmatic Quinze - the man behind Operation Meteor - rebellious OZ members and colonial resistance fighters form a militia group called "White Fang," dedicated to total independence for the space colonies. In short order White Fang occupies the lunar base, captures its mobile doll production facilities, and seizes the Foundation's ultimate weapon, the nearly-complete space fortress Libra.

Just as the Romefeller Foundation sought a figurehead, so too does White Fang. Quinze recruits Zechs Merquise as White Fang's token leader, and he proves to be just as difficult to control as his sister. In a worldwide broadcast, Zechs declares that, since Earth and the space colonies can never peacefully coexist, he will destroy Earth. As Zechs declares his intentions, the Romefeller Foundation's hapless Duke Dermail, attempting to reassert his leadership by personally leading an offensive to recapture Libra, is vaporized by White Fang's forces.

With the magnitude of the White Fang threat now apparent, the Romefeller Foundation's members are panic-stricken. Taking advantage of their abject terror, Treize stages a coup d'etat and seizes control of the World Nation. The deposed Relena leaves for space with the intention of talking some sense into her brother. Dorothy follows suit, with quite the opposite intention.

The Gundam Team

While all this frantic realignment is going on, Quatre and the Sanc Kingdom's other defenders have returned to space. They discover that Trowa is still alive, albeit temporarily amnesiac, and convince Duo to join their ranks.

Wufei, meanwhile, has seen his home colony destroyed and launched into a suicidal rampage. In the depths of his despair he encounters Heero, and the mind-warping effects of the Wing Gundam Zero's control system actually serve to straighten out his tormented mind and reveal the solution to the current crisis: Both Treize and Zechs must be eliminated for the sake of world peace. Soon all five Gundam pilots are gathered at the space fortress Peacemillion, ready to intervene in the escalating conflict.

Space Fortress Libra

As Treize begins fighting back against White Fang, Zechs employs his ultimate weapon, blasting Earth with Libra's powerful main gun despite Relena's attempted intervention. The Gundam Team attempt to fight their way through White Fang's legions of mobile dolls to Libra itself, but Zechs holds them back by adapting the Gundam Epyon's Zero System into a remote control system through which Dorothy can coordinate mass quantities of mobile dolls.

Treize gathers the entire forces of the World Nation for an all-out assault on Libra. Before sending his soldiers to their doom, he attempts to resolve the situation by challenging Zechs to a one-on-one duel, but the no longer honor-obsessed Zechs responds by blasting him with Libra's main gun. Though Treize is prepared to let Zechs kill him, the comatose Lady Une awakens just in time to race to the scene and shove Treize out of the way of the lethal beam. With no other option, Treize orders the World Nation into a hopeless battle against White Fang's hordes of mobile dolls.

The Eve Wars

As the battle rages, the Gundam Team's allies physically ram Libra with the space fortress Peacemillion. The collision destroys Libra's main gun, but since its engines are still intact, Zechs orders Quinze to set Libra in motion toward Earth and thus create an impact large enough to render the planet uninhabitable. Breaking into the damaged Libra, the Gundam Team destroy the mobile doll control system and locate the five scientists.

Treize is killed in mortal combat with Wufei, whereupon Lady Une promptly declares the surrender of the World Nation. But though the war is over, Zechs is still determined to carry out his threat to destroy Earth, and Libra's descent continues.

The Final Battle

Now Zechs has one last loose end to attend to - his long-delayed showdown with Heero. The two rivals fight on and on throughout Libra's crumbling innards, while Lady Une has their pointless duel broadcast worldwide as a case study in the futility of war and hatred.

The five scientists attempt to use Peacemillion's engines to reverse Libra's course. Quinze, appearing too late to stop them, disappears along with the scientists in the explosion of Peacemillion's engines. Though the gambit is successful, a large fragment of Libra snaps off and continues its inexorable descent.

Now it's up to Heero. Dealing a crippling blow to Zechs' Gundam Epyon, he proceeds to the main engine of the remaining Libra fragment but discovers he's used up all his ammunition. Just as Heero is about to self-destruct in a desperate attempt to destroy the engine, Zechs appears and takes it out for him, promising they'll meet again as he's enveloped by the blast. As the falling hulk enters Earth's atmosphere, Heero recovers the Wing Gundam Zero's mighty rifle and demolishes the last fragment of Libra with one final, desperate shot.

Conclusion

With Zechs and Treize out of the picture, peace is indeed at hand. Representatives of the space colonies make peace with the World Nation, establishing the Earth Sphere Unified Nation. Relena and Lady Une take their places in the new world order and devote their energies to serving humanity, while the Gundam pilots quietly retire... for now.

Noine doesn't really participate in real battles all that much, but she does play a major role in Operation Daybreak and the Artemis Revolution. During battle, she is usually commanding a small fleet of Aires mobile suits or White Taurus mobile suits.
.
Off the battlefield, she is usually by Milliardo's side or protecting Relena from danger. She protects Relena under her own power, since Zechs feels that his hands are "too stained with blood" to protect Relena and lead the Peacecraft Monarchy.
.
As her duty to protect Relena Peacecraft, Noine begins to understand the beauty of Pacifism and wishes to protect it from the Romefellar Foundation. However, once the Sanc Kingdom is overthrown again, Noine leaves - with Quatre - for outer space to request the help of the remaining Gundam pilots in space - Wufei, Duo, and T

However, the United Earth's Sphere Alliance attacked the nation and destroyed the Peacecraft monarchy. After seeing the death of his family and nation, Milliardo donned a mask and took on the name of Zechs Merquise. As an ace pilot of OZ, Zechs Merquise only wants revenge on those who killed his family and nation. Zechs is possibly the only person that can really relate to war and the effects it has on people, next to Heero. Zechs also has a rivalry with Heero, as the two have dueled, using their mobile suits, many times.

.
Wufei, the most aggresive, arrogant, prideful, and most honorable of the five. Wufei is sort of like the wild card of the Gundam Wing and Endless Waltz series. No one really knows what Wufei plans to do next when he's battling. He usally fights by himself, not allying himself with anyone. Whenever he's battling an enemy, Wufei always questions his enemy's sense of self-integrity. He fights with honor and pride and defeats his enemy for the sake of the colonies and justice. Wufei may be the one that hates the use of mobile dolls the most. He too feels that if an enemy wants to bring their own belief into the world, then they should put their own lives in danger instead of using machines to do their own work.
.
Outside of battle, Wufei tends to just hang by the side of his Gundam and best friend "Nataku." He's a master of martial arts and brings this trait to his Gundam. He's always the most quiet and most lonesome of all the Gundam pilots. He tends to always question his own actions whenever he loses to a strong enemy.

Quatre fights along with the Arabic Mobile Suit force known as the Maganac Corps. Because of his arabic heritage, these 40 Arabic soldiers are ordered to protect him and watch out for him at all times. However, during battle, his kindness is really his own weakness. Quatre is also the brains of battle when Trowa, Wufei, and Duo are with him in battle. Quatre also believes that peace could be reached by Pacifism and he fights to defend that belief from those who feel that Pacifism is just a mistake.
.
When he's off the battlefield, Quatre is usually spending time with his Maganac family. He is also on his computer, looking for dangerous activity that the OZ organization may be doing. Since he comes from a rich family, Quatre also plays various musical instruments such as the piano and violin.

Real Name: Triton Bloom
Age: 17
Nationality: Latin
Occupation: Gundam Pilot
Mecha: Gundam Heavy Arms and Gundam Heavy Arms Custom

.
.
The clown of unhappiness, Trowa is the most quiet and calm of all the Gundam pilots. He's always very stern when battling and very serious about all his missions. He sees that his missions are his priority and no one will stand in his way when he is completing his mission. When battling, Trowa sees it fit to cut of the enemy's retreat and to shower their escape route with intense fire. When piloting his Heavy Arms Gundam, Trowa explains to his enemies that if anyone were to see him, they wouldn't live to tell about it. Having spent a little bit of time with Heero, Trowa learns, from Heero, that to live a good life a person must act on his emotions and what his heart feels is best. Trowa also fights for those he loves and wants to defend. He always seems to be in deep thought when battling and is always thinking in terms of strategy.
.
When Trowa isn't fighting, he's fulfilling his job as an unhappy circus clown who never smiles. As a participant of the circus, he meets Catherine who cares so dearly about Trowa and his Gundam pilot lifestyle. Trowa never really has any friends and is constantly looking out for the best interest of Catherine. Nationality: American
Occupation: Gundam Pilot
Mecha: Gundam Deathscythe, Gundam Deathscythe Hell, Gundam Deathsycthe Hell Custom
.
.
Duo is pretty much the most optimistic and most cheerful of all the Gundam pilots, next to Quatre. Duo is a person where everyone can relate to the most. During battle, he refers to himself as the "God of Death," since he brings death to all his enemies. Duo fights for the sake of the colonies and battles OZ to stop them from harming the colonies even further. He feels that the true reason of this pointless battle is to achieve peace for both the colonies and the earth. Also, he feels that if anyone were to use the colonies as a shield, then they are too weak to battle themselves. Duo also hates the use of mobile dolls to do the work of OZ and the White Fang.

.
Outside of battle, Duo is bright and cheerful. He's always open to conversation and is a very kind person. He treats all his comrades with respect and respects those around him. Heero and him seem to get along with each other a lot better then anyone else. Since Duo hangs out with Heero so much, a little bit of Duo's personality and beliefs rub off onto Heero. Also, Duo works for a group known as the "Sweepers" where he gathers old Mobile Suit parts to sell.

Heero Yuy.

If outer space has truly gone crazy, then I'll believe in myself - Heero Yuy
Code Name: Heero Yuy
Age: 15
Nationality: Japanese
Occupation: Gundam Pilot
Mecha: Wing Gundam, Wing Gundam Zero, Wing Zero Custom

Possibly the most dangerous and experienced of all the Gundam pilots, Heero Yuy knows practically everything he really needs to know during battle. During battle, he usually prefers to work alone (at least at the beginning of the series anyway) and does not ally himself with anyone. Whenever he battles, he usually gives some type of mental image to his enemies. Heero doesn't really fight for anyone, rather then to just destroy the OZ organization. Heero fights for the colonies, but he seems to be more occupied fighting his enemies and making sure they are all justified in their actions in this war. He feels that achieving peace is not his main goal, but rather peace is just an outcome of war.

Outside of battle, Heero is quiet and secretive. He'll usually be spending his time on his computer or his Gundam's computer system, looking for any activity that OZ may be doing. He attends schools to hide his identity as a Gundam pilot, but he still remains secretive and quiet. Out of all the Gundam pilots, Heero may be the most understanding and most experienced in life. He usually delivers a strong vibe to those he meets, since he's hiding his true identity.
